Blended Process (Voice/No-voice)
Good Communication, Graduate, worked in voice and non-voice for International process
- Minimum 2 years of experience with a BPO Company
- Preferred education background as 10+2+3 all throughout English Medium
- Must have Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to solve analytical issues.
- Overseeing and processing over 8,000 orders per week.
- Inbound/outbound chats daily within a call center environment
- Verify Customer Account Information.
- Track inventory, monitor pricing and ensure all customers get the best pricing and the best products to meet their needs at all times.
